How Does Therapy work

Begin you can begin therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home via a secure telehealth platform or in-person. Sessions are private one-on-one, about 53 minutes long, and typically scheduled weekly or biweekly. Together, we’ll set goals to guide your progress. Please ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully engage in the work.
