Getting Started: Beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain. We start with a brief phone consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. Your first 53-minute telehealth session focuses on understanding what’s bringing you in, exploring relational patterns and history, and clarifying your goals.

Therapy is collaborative and paced intentionally. We prioritize nervous system regulation and safety before moving into deeper trauma processing, including EMDR when clinically appropriate. Progress is reviewed regularly to ensure the work remains aligned with your needs.
